10 Coconut Drive Lapita Beach Aore island Vanuatu is a beautiful block of land with right on Lapita Beach beach.

The block of land it’s self has just 31 meters of beachfront and an internal area of 1,221m2. The block slops gently up way from the beach to the back of the block. This were the where the original French Planters had there plantation house. They moved to Aore Island in the WW2 to keep, the allied soldiers away from their daughters. (the house long since gone)

The reef out the front of the block is a marine reserve. Some the best snorkelling in Vanuatu right at your door step or better yet private beach. This one few place in Vanuatu where the reef is privately owned owned.

There are covenants over blocks at Lapita to ensure building standards and the environment. Been an eco lifestyle private estate each house must have

Lapita Beach Cub is close to completion of construction. It will offer a ferry service between Lapita Beach and St Michel landing Luganville (town) which is just a 10 minute boat trip down the beautiful Segond Channel between Aore and Espiritu Santo Islands. The trip it self is quick spectacular.

The beach club will have a basic menu, ice cold beer and some of the best sunsets Vanuatu has to offer.
