14 Coconut Drive Lapita Beach Aore Island Vanuatu is situated on Lapita Beach Aore Island. The block has a beachfront of 32 meters and land area of 1,412m2. The block gently slopes up from the beach to the road behind. The block is approved for construction and zoned commercial/tourism and residential. (Basically zoned for small holiday let villas to residential homes)

Behind the block is Lapita Plantation. The plantation is 700 acres of coconut groves, cattle grazing gently, jungle trails leading to private beaches which all your to explore for residents and there guest only!

C’est la vie Beach Bar is nearing completion and it’s the gateway to Lapita. Ferry service or just want come down for a cold beer and BBQ lunch. 5 minute walk or 2 minute ride.

There are few places left in the world where you can have absolute privacy and yet be 15 minutes from town or 10 minutes from the two main resorts Aore Island Resort or Ratua Resort And Day Spa

How to get to Aore Island Vanuatu
Vanuatu is short flight from Australia, 2.5 hours from Brisbanes direct flight to Espiritu Santo Vanuatu with connecting flights from both Sydney and Melbourne either changing fights in the capital of Vanuatu Port Vila or Brisbane.

We highly recommend a few days in Port Vila. Especially if stressed out from city life chill a few days by a pool and then let us take on your adventure and show you the real Vanuatu.

There are also flights from USA via Nadi Fiji, Auckland New Zealand, Honiara Solomon island and New Caledonia.

Once in Santo there are two main landings to get to Aore Island. All the taxi and bus driver know how to get to both. The Santo Hardware wharf services the northern end of Aore and St Michel Land the Western end of Aore. Ferries taxis are quiet easy to find.

Lapita Beach uses both Smugglers Bar on Luganville Bay and St Michel.

If you’re just going over to Aore Resort for a beer or lunch they have a regular ferry service from the Santo Hardware Wharf.
