The back of the property views out our Coconut Plantation which you can explore at your leisure to take advantage of one of Lapita Beach Day Tours.

The house has seperate, kitchen and living area with an outside day bed area. Internet, Netflix and Prime TV, YouTube included and you can sign into your own Apple TV account.

The master bedroom has two king single beds that can make one super king for couples moved apart for friends traveling together. The house sleeps two. It does have a pull out couch in the living room which is ok for children if required.

The kitchen has everything one would need to cook for up to 6 people, fully stocked mini bar refilled daily and a gas BBQ on the balcony which views across the beach fringed with aquamarine waters to the distant Cumberland Mountain Range on the Island of Espiritu Santo. Making for some spectacular sunsets.

Fare enough away from everything to be private yet close enough to get out and about. The gateway to Lapita called C’est La Vie is just next door where one of fast island long boats or Land Cruisers can have you to Aore Island Resort,Ratua Resort and Day Spa, Beachfront Resort or Smugglers Bar our favourite are all 10 to 15 minutes away. The township of Luganville is 15 minutes away and the Airport 30 minutes.
